Terms and Conditions

Bookings are made on a first come first-served basis.

A non-refundable £25 deposit is required for all bookings. Deposits are deducted on the day of your treatment and the remaining balance can be paid either by cash or credit/debit card.

If you would like to re-arrange an appointment this must be done at least 48 hours before your initial booking date or you will lose your deposit. Please contact the clinic directly if you wish to do so.

Appointments can only be re-scheduled twice, meaning the third time the £25 deposit will be lost.

Failure to turn up to your appointment or give the required notice will result in your deposit being lost.

Failure to attend your review appointment will result in the forfeit of this appointment. You will not be offered an alternative review date. If you are unable to attend your review appointment, 48 hours’ notice is required prior to your appointment.

Please note that a review appointment can be no later than 28 days after your original treatment date. It is your responsibility to ensure you are available if your treatment requires a review. All review appointments will be made on the day of your original treatment.

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to your appointment being cancelled, so we don’t over lap with any following clients.

Please note – Clients must be 18 years or older for injectable treatments.

If you are having an injectable treatment please do not drink alcohol 24 hours prior to your appointment.

PRP/IPRF treatments do not smoke or vape for 4 hours before treatment. We also recommend not taking paracetamol for 12 hours prior to your treatment time.

For all skin treatments please bear in mind treatment can not be carried out on broken/sun burnt skin.

If you have any medical conditions you feel need to be disclosed prior to your appointment please contact us directly.

If you are bringing young children to the clinic, please ensure that there is a supervising adult with them always as themedispa.uk staff cannot supervise and neither can children be taken into treatment rooms.

Treatment prices – Our listed prices are a guide and subject to confirmation at the time of consultation. Prices are subject to variation without prior notice.

Advertised offers – These cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

Management reserve the right to refuse any promoted offers for any treatment. Any offer codes must be quoted at the time of making the initial appointment.

Recommend a Friend – We would love for you to introduce your friends to us and recognise this by offering an unrivalled referral scheme to both you and your friend in doing so (see below*). This promotion is open exclusively to UK residents aged 18 and over. Discounts are not valid in conjunction with any other offers. Discounts are excluded on gift vouchers and skin care products. Your friend must be a new client with us. To benefit from the discount, your friend must have and pay for a treatment within 6 months of being referred. You (the introducer) will receive any discount off your next treatment once your friend’s first treatment has been carried out. Your discount will last for 6 months and is valid against one appointment only. There are no limits to the number of referrals an individual can make. Cash or other alternatives will not be offered. For each referral, you will receive 10% off your next treatment and so will your friend.

Liability – themedispa.uk will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of property), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provide themedispa.uk with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. themedispa.uk will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details. The client agrees to comply with all instructions and recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, themedispa.uk regarding the care of a treated area. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit themedispa.uk liability for death or any personal injury resulting from themedispa.uk negligence.

Blood Test Policy – All blood test requests must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Each test is ordered individually and specifically for the patient through our partnered laboratory once payment has been received. As these tests are processed and allocated on a per-patient basis, they are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Deposits – Deposits will be deducted from the treatment price if the client is deemed suitable for treatment booked.Deposits are non-refundable.

Gift Vouchers – When booking an appointment, the voucher amount will be treated as a partial deposit. If proper notice of cancellation or rescheduling is not provided, or in the case of a no-show, 50% of the voucher value (for packages) will be deducted from any future use. For all other treatments, a £25 fee will be deducted. If the required notice is given, the appointment may be transferred to a new date. Please contact us directly if you wish to make any changes.

Refunds – We cannot offer refunds for any of our treatments or products.

Cancellations – We require at least 48 hours notice to re-arrange appointments. Failure to do so will result in clients losing their deposit. This applies to all treatments including course sessions. If required notice is given, deposits may be transferred to the new appointment date that is booked. Please contact the clinic directly if you wish to do so.

Results – Due to the nature of Non-Invasive Treatments associated with our company, we can not always guarantee results. If you have any other questions then please feel free to contact us.
